Its amazing at how excited and amazed young people get nowdays if they
meet a guy who dj's at a nightclub. I was at a restaurant the other
day with a couple friends of mine. One is a club dj downtown and the
other is a guitarist in a band who has been signed to Epic Records
throughout their career. When the workers who were in their early 20's
met my friends, they took a liking to my friend who dj's downtown over
my friend who plays in a classic rock band that has traveled the
world. I was amazed by their excitement over a dj. If this was the
70's , they would have been amazed by the guitarist, and not that
impressed by my friend who DJ's downtown.
